I thought it was very interesting that the author of this book is also deaf from a birth defect and illness. Her thoughts and views of what was going in Germany during WWII from the perspective of a deaf person made Paula's character very real. It was so sad to read about all of the killing that went on during that period in time.
I also just finished reading the book: Is It Night Or Day? by Fern Schumer Chapman. This is a novel based on true events of immigration and survival from 1938-1942. Twelve year old Edith was taken from her family and immigrated to the United States to live with relatives. Even when she came to America, she was not always treated very nicely. Will her parents survive in Germany? You need to read it to find out.
What I thought was interesting was that she was full of hope and brave about moving from place to place. I think its awesome that she was able to survive and not be captured. So in the end her being brave and full of hope payed off.
I enjoyed the format the author used to write the story. I love poetry so this was right down my alley. I think it is interesting that this novel depicts the resilience of a child. Children adapt easier to change than adults. Do you think you could move around from place to place, away from your friends and family?
What I thought was interesting was that she could get away. She escaped all the time with help from people who care about her. She did lots of things to help her along the way. She was 1 of the survivor. I like that it was in poem version.
I thought the suspense and sadness was the most interesting thing in the book. The suspense was interesting because Paula met this guy and he wanted her to come with him. All of a sudden, a car with bad guys drove by and Paula was scared. The sadness is interesting because everything in "T4" is true about what the Nazis did to Jews and disabled people. Another part of the sadness is that the Nazis thought disabled people weren't fit to live.
T 4 is a good book it is written as a pome and as you read the book it comes together as a puzzle and that why I like it. I can understand this story because it kind of like my life but I not death. This book gives great details I hope to find another book like T 4
By reading this book. T4 is and interesting, sad, heart breaking, cruel story I ever read. This book is based on a true story. I thought it was wrong what they did to them finding them killing, torturing them and all the other stuff.
I thought the book very good to read, and it was a very sad and very violent to disable people. She went through some very tuff times along the way cause was trying to keep her safe and alive.
i thought that the book was a very exciting book because it told it a lot of interesting fact about her life and her family. But the part that i did not like was that she had to go through all of those bad things that i would never imagine a child doing or going through in there lives and i feel so sorry for her. She was very smart for a death girl and i was very happy that she made it through everything!
i really liked the book because it showed a lot of action and violence. it was very mean the way people was acting around her family. but she was a very strong girl who showed a lot of courage towards her family and herself.i also will remind you that she was deaf so she couldn't hear. but over all i liked it a lot and it was very, extremely interesting.
I thought it was interesting but a little sad because she was deaf and they tortured her and the author was deaf to so its a way that the author could meet Paula's feelings and Paula was hopeful and brave and was able to survive without being captured.

I also thought that she was very smart to know how to survive in the condition that she is in she really inspired me and showed me how good I have it.

Miyae, I loved your comment. Her bravery shows all of us that we can overcome obstacles in our lives. I'm glad that you enjoyed reading this book.
